Shipping and Delivery
All of our straps will be dispatched from Singapore.
Singapore: 1-3 business days
Malaysia: 3-5 business days
Australia: 7-10 business days
Rest of the world: >10 business days
Depending on the value of your order, import or customs fees such as VAT may be imposed and charged by the destination country. Please check with your country’s customs service as we are not responsible for any import or custom charges.
An additional charge may be billed for unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect addresses.
Manufacturing Warranty
Your new strap is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects only.
You have the right to have your strap replaced for a new one should it has any manufacturing defects found within the first week of purchase. The warranty does not cover any damage or general wear resulting from the use/misuse of the product or accidental damage.
Our quality procedures ensure that our straps leave our workshop in the condition they were intended but if for any reason you are unhappy in any way please contact us at hello@earthskine.com.
